Sintered stone technology
Company-profile illustrationFrom minerals to architectural surfaces
Sintered stone is made using mineral raw materials such as natural quartz, feldspar and kaolin. The process described here introduces the material technology in our company profile.
01 / Raw material selection
Minerals are proportioned, finely milled and pulped, then spray-dried and granulated to form a uniform powder base.
02 / High-pressure forming
High-pressure pressing forms the panel. Digital inkjet decoration creates natural-stone-inspired texture, colour and veining.
03 / High-temperature sintering
The profile describes firing above 1,200°C to achieve ceramic crystallization and a dense panel structure.
04 / Finishing & inspection
Cooling, surface processing, CNC cutting, edge trimming and quality inspection prepare the panels for protection, packing and delivery.
Specify the actual product
The collection is designed for hardness, wear resistance, stain resistance and ease of cleaning. Performance, slip resistance, heat exposure and installation suitability depend on the selected product and application. Request current technical information and relevant test reports before specification. Dimensions, thicknesses and finishes are confirmed by quotation.
